The Measure Authoring Tool (MAT) will be unavailable from approximately Friday, April 12, 2019 at 6:00PM ET through Sunday, April 14, 2019 at 7:00PM ET due to regularly scheduled system maintenance. This downtime may affect both the Production and the Staging environments of the MAT and the MAT public website.

We are currently accepting volunteers who wish to be a part of the MAT version 5.7 User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This testing will last approximately four weeks and begin on April 8, 2019. Users who agree to participate will receive training on what has changed with MAT version 5.7 and testing scenarios to complete within that four-week period. Participants will be expected to designate the required time to complete the testing and to provide feedback during the allotted four weeks.

The Measure Authoring Tool version 5.6 was released on October 16th. This version of the MAT supports the authoring of composite measures, as well as API integration with the Bonnie measure testing tool.

The Measure Authoring Tool (MAT) will be unavailable on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018 starting at 6:00 PM ET to accommodate the release of the MAT v 5.6. The MAT v 5.6 will be ready for use on Wednesday, October 17th at 8:00 AM ET.
