The Measure Authoring Tool (MAT) will be unavailable from approximately Friday, August 9, 2019 at 6:00PM ET through Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 5:00PM ET due to regularly scheduled system maintenance. This downtime may affect both the Production and the Staging environments of the MAT and the MAT public website.

The deployment of the MAT version 5.8 into the production environment was successful. Please note, the MAT is now using the Quality Data Model (QDM) version 5.5. The release notes for the MAT version 5.8 can be found on the MAT public website at this link https://www.emeasuretool.cms.gov/

The Measure Authoring Tool (MAT) will be unavailable Tuesday, August 27, 2019 from approximately 5:00PM ET through Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at approximately 6:00AM ET due to the release of MAT version 5.8.

We are currently accepting volunteers who wish to be a part of the MAT version 5.8 User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This testing will last approximately four weeks and begin on July 29, 2019. Users who agree to participate will receive training on what has changed with MAT version 5.8 and testing scenarios to complete within that four-week period. Participants will be expected to designate the required time to complete the testing and to provide weekly feedback for the allotted four weeks.
