The Measure Authoring Tool (MAT) will be unavailable on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018 starting at 6:00 PM ET to accommodate the release of the MAT v 5.6. The MAT v 5.6 will be ready for use on Wednesday, October 17th at 8:00 AM ET.
